Status and operator identity
Current inquiry scope. The website accepts business inquiries through the same-origin /api/inquiries endpoint. Submissions are intended to be stored privately for operator review.
Operator. Verify Current is operated by Apex Coverage Group LLC, using the Florida address listed on this site.
The planned support mailbox is support@verifycurrent.com, but that mailbox is not active yet. The inquiry forms are the current intake, support, and privacy request channel.
Information collected and stored now
When you submit an inquiry, Verify Current may collect and store the information you provide in the form:
- Name, work email address, company, business phone number if provided, selected topic or workflow interest, and message text.
- Optional checkbox choices for future account-notification SMS consent and future email marketing consent when shown on the home page.
- A client-generated submission identifier when available, form source, site identifier, honeypot field value, and server-side timestamps or operational metadata generated by the intake worker.
- Technical information available to the site host or backend, such as IP address, user agent, request logs, security logs, and diagnostics needed to operate and protect the inquiry service.
The site does not use external analytics scripts, trackers, or third-party browser scripts.
Email validation limits
The backend may check submitted email addresses for basic syntax and DNS/MX records where available. These checks can reduce obvious mistakes, but they do not prove that the submitter owns the mailbox, can receive mail there, or is authorized by that domain.
Purposes for processing
Inquiry information may be used to review and respond to business inquiries, evaluate requested verification or document workflows, maintain consent records, troubleshoot the intake service, prevent abuse, secure the website, and support operator and legal review.
No outbound email, SMS, calls, account creation, automatic marketing subscription, document delivery, or e-signature workflow is triggered by submitting an inquiry.
SMS, mobile information, and consent records
Verify Current does not currently send SMS messages. The optional SMS checkbox on the home page records a preference for a possible future account-notification program only and is not required to submit an inquiry.
If a future SMS program is activated, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. STOP/HELP instructions, support routing, carrier disclosures, and opt-out handling must be available before sending begins.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information only as needed to operate the requested service, security, compliance, or support functions.
Service providers and disclosures
The website host and backend inquiry worker/service provider process inquiries and store them in a private SQLite database for operator review. Hosting providers may also process request logs, security logs, and diagnostics. DNS/MX checks may query public DNS infrastructure to evaluate submitted email domains.
Information may be disclosed to service providers under appropriate instructions, or when needed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or enforce applicable terms.
Retention
Inquiry records and consent records are retained for operator review, security, compliance, and deletion handling until the operator deletes them or updates retention procedures.
This policy does not promise that phone numbers, inquiry messages, consent choices, or technical logs are never retained.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on location and relationship to the service, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or additional information about certain personal information.
Privacy requests should be submitted through the contact form while the planned support address, support@verifycurrent.com, is not active yet. The operator may need to verify the requester and may preserve records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
Security
Verify Current uses a private inquiry store and access-limited operational handling for current intake. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and safeguards may be updated if additional services are activated.
